1、衛(wèi)生指標(biāo)應(yīng)符合gb/t17219-1998生活飲用水輸送配設(shè)備及衛(wèi)生防護(hù)材料安全性評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
2、外觀：符合內(nèi)外表面光滑、平整，無(wú)凹陷，裂縫和其他影響性能的表面缺陷，不含有可見(jiàn)雜質(zhì)，同時(shí)應(yīng)色澤均勻一致；
3、耐壓性能測(cè)試壓力：≤14mm為7.0mpa；＜16mm-18mm為5.0mpa；
≤18為25mm為4.0mpa；≥25mm5為2.4mpa；
測(cè)試時(shí)間為5min，無(wú)滲漏、破裂；
4、交變?cè)囼?yàn)：10次冷熱循環(huán)后，加壓2.4mpa；保持10min，無(wú)滲漏、破裂；
5、強(qiáng)度性能在-10℃下放置1h后加壓2.4mpa，保持10min；
在100℃下放置1h后加壓2.4mpa，保持10min；兩者應(yīng)無(wú)滲漏、破裂。
6、產(chǎn)品在150℃下長(zhǎng)時(shí)間做高溫檢測(cè)，加壓2.0mpa保持200h以上，管件應(yīng)無(wú)滲漏、破裂；
7、常規(guī)條件下，做管環(huán)徑向拉伸試驗(yàn)，產(chǎn)品拉伸強(qiáng)度為≥2000n；≤5300n。

(2)appearance: inner and outer surface has lubricity,evenness without any depressed position, flaw, and other defect,which may influence property, without visual impurity. meanwhilethe color should be uniform;

(3)testing pressure: if d(diameter)≤14 mm it is 7.0mpa；if d＜16 mm-18 mm, it is 5.0mpa；if d≤18~25mm it is 4.0mpa；if d≥25mm, it is 2.4mpa. the test should lastfor 5 minutes, and no leakage or flaw is found during testing;

(4)test of alternate change: after 10 times of cool-hot cycles,pressure is increased to 2.4 mpa, and kept to 10 minutes, withoutany leakage or flaw.

(5)reliability: under -10°c, it is kept during 1 hour. thenpressure is increased to 2.4 mpa, and kept for 10 minutes. under100°c, it is kept during 1 hour. then pressure is increased to 2.4mpa, and kept for 10 minutes. in both cases, no leakage or flaw isfound.

(6)reliability: under 150°c and pressure 2.0mpa, it is keptduring more than 200 hours. no leakage or flaw is found.

(7)straining strength: under normal circumstance, the productstraining strength of radiation direction should be≥2000n；≤5300n.
